Seth Mayiza is a British entrepreneur, brand architect, and the visionary founder behind Elite Corporation Group (ECG) — a high-growth media and marketing group that serves clients across music, fashion, sport, and business. Known for his relentless work ethic and mission-led leadership, Seth’s journey from South West London to boardrooms across the world is a testament to what ambition, vision, and grit can achieve.
Seth was born on 24th May 1995 in South West London, at Guys and St Thomas’ Hospital, to Congolese parents. Raised in a multicultural and working-class home, he spent his early childhood in Tulse Hill and Battersea, where he attended local primary and secondary school. From an early age, Seth demonstrated a strong sense of leadership and creativity, often stepping up in school projects and showing a growing interest in business, storytelling, and people. At the age of 16, Seth relocated to the North of England to live with his grandparents in Newcastle upon Tyne, where he experienced a major change in environment that shaped both his mindset and maturity. There, he completed his A-Levels, earning three qualifications that paved the way for higher education. Seth later moved to Leeds to attend Leeds Beckett University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in International Business. During his time at university, he developed a deeper understanding of global economics, brand positioning, business operations, and cross-cultural communication — all of which would later inform the DNA of ECG.
South West London
After university, Seth entered the events marketing industry, working for a world-leading events agency that delivered global events for delegates in the healthcare, tech and veterinary industries. Between 2018 and 2020, Seth worked and lead key events across major UK cities, developing a strong commercial instinct and a deep understanding of customer behaviour, experiential marketing, and high-volume sales funnels. Though the work was fast-paced and creatively fulfilling, Seth began to crave more control, vision, and scale. The entrepreneurial flame that had quietly burned throughout his youth finally took centre stage when, in 2020, during the height of the global pandemic, Seth decided to launch his own venture, EliteDrinks.com which scaled from 0 to half a million pounds in under 2 years, in the midst of it, the venure went from making £8k-£10k profilt a month to losing £15k a month, for a continuous 6 months in Year 3, that Seth and his business partners decided it was time to pivot and s take all of this experience and launch Elite Corporation Group, similar ethos but different markets.
2018–2020 | UK Cities & London
With no external funding and just a broken laptop in his West London bedroom, Seth launched what would eventually become Elite Corporation Group (ECG). Initially built as a freelance creative service offering affordable websites and branding to small businesses, the venture quickly grew through word of mouth, cold outreach, and consistent execution.
Over time, Seth evolved ECG into a full-stack digital growth company housing three core agencies:
